Kim Ryan - Managing Agent

Kim grew up in the small farming community of Springfield, NE.  After graduating from Dana College,  she met and married her husband, Kelly.  In 1993, Kelly and Kim purchased the Arlo Jones Agency in Fremont, NE. In 1996, Kim left Omaha Public Schools to begin her career in crop insurance. Kim & Kelly lived in Blair for 25 years and raised their two sons, Gage and Dalton. Kim & Kelly now live in Bellevue, NE. 

Kim served on an Advisory Crop Insurance Board for Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company of Iowa for 7 years, is a member of the Rain and Hail Society, a member of CIPA (Crop Insurance Professionals of America), and a member of the BBB.     

Julie was born and raised on a farm in Murdock, Ne. She began her insurance career in December of 2005.  Before coming to work for Ryan Crop Ins, Julie was a stay-at-home mom.  Julie lives on a farm west of Blair with her husband, Brian.  She has three children:  Olivia, Hank & Luke.

In June of 2011, Katie began working during the summers for Ryan Crop Ins.  She became a licensed agent in 2020 and began working full time at Ryan Crop Ins in September of 2020.  Prior to coming to Ryan Crop Ins, Katie was a teacher for Omaha Public Schools for 21 years.

Carol was born and raised on a farm in Graettinger, IA. She joined Ryan Crop Ins in February of 2017.  Before Ryan Crop Ins, Carol worked for America First Co. in Omaha for 18 years.  Carol and her husband, Kelly, have 3 children and live in Blair, NE.

Allie joined Edgewater/Ryan Crop Insurance in January 2024. She began her crop insurance career in 2013 with Crop Risk Services, where she served as an Underwriting Manager and Business Analyst. She was raised on her family's farm in Iowa and currently resides in Council Bluffs. She serves on her local county fair board at Westfair.
